Nothing quite like a team building exercise to kick start the year so, Pod 5 had to build the tallest tower possible using only marshmellows and spaghetti! Many discovered it was a lot more challenging than they first anticipated!
The winning group was Mia, Ella, Monica-Rose, Madison and Rheanna. Well done girls!!
What a fun and challenging activity to do! I wonder how many kids snuck a few marshmallows :) I think I might of if I was in your class!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Mrs Lee. It was fun, but frustrating when the towers didn't stay up like we intended. I think that the spaghetti was getting eaten more than the marshmallows :)

ReplyDeleteNextime I think we need more marshmallows beacause everyone was eating them.
Nice work winning team you bet us and that was because all the, boys eat everything but Blake only eat two things. We found the spaghetti very and the marshmallows were hard.
ReplyDeleteThis was a fun activity and I wish we could do it again even though some of the towers fell down before the juging.:)

ReplyDeletethat was really hard to do, but it was a fun challenge!
ReplyDeleteWow I think it's cool how every group has some sort of different idea of how to make the tower.
ReplyDeleteNext time I think you should watch out for kids eating the marshmallows and raw spaghetti.
But anyway I think it's awesome how they work.
Sorry the question marks were supposed to be emojis:)
DeleteIt really hard not to eat all of the marshmallows but really people eating raw spaghetti I thought the marshmallows were getting eaten more.
DeleteThat's very constructive pod 5 I can see some people have been into the spaghetti. That's losing advantage.
ReplyDeleteYeah it was fun but next time i think we need to talk to each other more so we can hear everyones ideas
